Deborah Lieberman, MA, CPNMT utilizes Precision Neuromuscular Therapy,(PNMT), a gentle deep tissue approach to assist clients to return to pain-free movement. As part of this results-based method, Deborah will ask you questions pertaining to your symptoms, measure your Range of Motion and have you actively participate in your healing.

She specializes in re-educating athletes, workers, and musicians experiencing repetitive strain or acute pain, yet people from all walks of life benefit from her ability to release the patterns causing symptoms in their bodies. In six years of practicing massage, Deborah has learned to focus on the exact causes of your pain through the PNMT method.  Her interdisciplinary approach provides you opportunities to discover more awareness in your body to enable your growth out of discomfort or painful patterns. You will feel a lasting change in your body.  Other types of massage feel good in the moment, but your patterns of pain and muscular imbalances tend to return almost immediately. With PNMT, you will notice shifts in your body that can last for weeks at a time.

ABOUT DEBORAH:

Deborah Lieberman graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist from Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2002. She continued her studies in Wisconsin, Missouri, Wyoming and Illinois with Douglas Nelson of NMT Midwest to become certified as a Precision Neuromuscular therapist (CPNMT) in 2005. She has taught introductory massage classes at Colorado State University and published Massage for Musicians: Linking Injuries to Instruments, (Nelson, Lieberman, and Kiener; January/February 2008; Massage & Bodywork, pp.82-91) an article based on original research. In her free time, Deborah, her husband and their three children enjoy many outdoor activities including: gardening, playing music, hiking, skiing, climbing and backpacking.
